TrustyFans is strictly for individuals who are 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect or allow personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that a user is underage, their account and all associated data will be deleted. A soft age gate is used to deter access by minors.

A. Data We Collect from Creators
- Legal first and last name
- Stage name
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Country of residence
- Physical attributes (as provided by creators)

- Uploaded photos, videos, and other media
- Messages between creators and fans or support
- IP address
- Browser and device information
- Geolocation data (based on IP)
- Google Analytics and HotJar session data
- Transaction metadata from Stripe or PayPal (we do not store card or banking details)
B. Data We Collect from Fans
- Legal first and last name (if applicable)
- Username (if applicable)
- Email address (if provided)
- IP address and browser/device info
- Messages with creators or support
- Google Analytics and HotJar data
- Geolocation (inferred from IP)
- Cookie and engagement data for analytics and functionality
3. How We Collect Data
We collect data:
- When you register or create a profile (Creators)
- When you upload content, send messages, or interact with features (Creators and Fans)
- When you use support tools or submit inquiries (all Users)
- Automatically through cookies and analytics tools (all Users)
- From third-party services (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, analytics providers, or verification platforms such as OnlyFans)

For Creators:
- Operate and manage your account and public profile
- Verify your age and identity (indirectly via third-party platforms such as OnlyFans)
- Facilitate payouts and meet tax or regulatory obligations
- Provide platform updates and support
- Enforce content and safety policies
- Analyze platform performance and trends
For Fans:
- Enable access to platform content and interactive features
- Customize user experience and personalize content
- Provide customer support
- Improve platform functionality and security

8. Data Retention
Creators: Data is retained until account deletion. After deletion, it is stored for 30 days, then permanently erased. Legal and financial records are retained as required.
Fans: Non-account data is retained only as long as necessary for platform functionality, analytics, or support.

We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Maintain secure sessions and logins
- Improve site functionality and user experience
- Analyze user engagement and trends via Google Analytics and HotJar

- Limited access to systems and data based on user roles and operational need
