1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TrustyFans.com website ("TrustyFans", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. 3. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

  1. User means any individual who accesses or uses TrustyFans, including Creators and Fans.
  2. Creator means a registered user who uploads content to the platform.
  3. Fan means a user who views or interacts with content but does not upload or sell content.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use TrustyFans.


By using the platform, you confirm that you are legally permitted to access adult content and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

5. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity under your account. You agree not to share your account or allow others to access it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, especially in cases of policy violations, fraudulent behavior, or suspected illegal activity.

6. Payments and Fees

TrustyFans does not currently charge Fans to access Creator content, and Creators do not receive payouts through the platform. However, TrustyFans may offer optional paid services to Creators, such as promotional placement or enhanced visibility in search results. These services are provided on a subscription or one-time payment basis as described within the platform. All payments for Creator services are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. All payments are final. No refunds will be issued.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users must follow the Community Guidelines, which outline prohibited content and behavior in detail. The following actions are strictly prohibited on TrustyFans: - Uploading or distributing content involving minors or non-consensual acts - Harassment, threats, or abuse of other users - Violating intellectual property rights - Using the platform for fraud, spam, or impersonation - Attempting to circumvent security features or gain unauthorized access - Sharing TrustyFans content outside the platform without permission Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

8. Content Ownership and Licensing

Creators retain ownership of all content they upload to TrustyFans. By uploading content, you grant TrustyFans a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, host, distribute, and promote your content on and in connection with the platform. This license is limited to platform-related purposes and does not allow TrustyFans to sell your content outside of the site. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and its compliance with all applicable laws.

9. Content Monitoring and Enforcement

We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to monitor all content uploaded to TrustyFans and remove any content that violates our Terms or Community Guidelines. We also provide mechanisms for users to report content or behavior that may violate platform policies. Reports may be reviewed by TrustyFans staff, and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with our policies.

10. DMCA Compliance

If you believe that any content on TrustyFans infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. We respond to valid notices in accordance with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Details on how to submit a DMCA notice or counter-notice will be published in our upcoming Copyright Policy.

11. Account Termination

TrustyFans reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of repeated violations or illegal activity. Users may terminate their account at any time via their account settings or by contacting support.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

TrustyFans is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, performance, or content quality. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrustyFans disclaims all warranties, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we will notify users via the platform or email. Continued use of TrustyFans after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
